Transcript

Throughout my career as a personal injury attorney, one of the most difficult cases that I handle involves burn victims. A person who has been burned, the treatment, their recovery, what they go through is absolutely horrific. The amount of pain they endure, the treatments they have to endure to get them back to some resemblance of a normal life is beyond anything that most people can imagine. At McCutcheon and Hamner, what we try and do for our clients is hold their hand while they're going through this process because the family, the client, the pain, the sadness, if anything they need from me, they need me to be there. They need me to hold their hand, they need me to tell them it's gonna be okay. But beyond that, I have to look for their future because most of the time, these folks are not gonna be able to go back to work. They're not gonna be able to have the lives they once had before this tragic event. And what I do through our experts and our team is look toward the future to evaluate their losses. How can I offset those harms and these losses that they've experienced to return them to a normal life in the future?
