My name is Tom McCutcheon. I'm glad to have the opportunity to speak with you a little bit about what car wreck lawyers do. You don't want your gastroenterologist taking out your appendix and you don't want anyone handling your car wreck case other than a car wreck lawyer. You have to understand the law of car accidents, but more importantly, you have to understand your client and how the injury affected them, their relationship with others, their ability to sleep, their ability to do their job, and the ability to live their lives. And so you have to apply the law and the damages and share that with the insurance company or the jury if the insurance company is not cooperative. You have to be able to do that effectively. So when you call someone to talk about your case, call someone with experience in handling car wrecks, don't listen to what the insurance company has to say. They're not going to shoot you straight. They're not even going to tell you what the bottom line of what you put in the bank is. They're not going to tell you what they're going to pay out of your settlement before it reaches your hands. You won't be happy. And we see many people who have signed releases who regret it. Please don't let that happen to you.
