Transcript

Road defect cases are good cases when they happen. Sometimes road crews will leave a shoulder too high for a car to come back up on the road safely, causing damage either to the undercarriage or sometimes the car will overcorrect and roll. Other cases are cases where a road crew, maybe an Asplen tree cutting crew or someone who is cutting down the road and trying to provide a warning, will put that warning sign into a driver's view, maybe a property owner will try and back out but can't see oncoming traffic and get hit by someone because the placement of the sign was not put within a court of the law. We've even seen signs that have been moved after accidents and boy, those are really big cases. If you have a case like that, please give us a call. We'll be happy to help you with it.
