Transcript

We see a lot of distracted driver cases. We know that people are on their cell phones. We know that people are adjusting their stereo or looking at their navigation or trying to get something to eat while they're in the car. When people aren't paying attention, the car is still moving. At 60 miles an hour, that car is moving 88 feet per second down the road. And when you have a case, it seems that shouldn't have happened. It almost invariably turns out that the person was on their cell phone. We get those cell phone records. We obtain them by subpoena if necessary. And we go through them second by second to find out whether or not this is a distracted driver case. In our office, we firmly believe that distracted drivers cause many accidents, and we think that's a value driver when juries find out about it. So if you think you have one of those cases, give us a call.
