Transcript

Heavy machinery accidents cause big injuries simply because they're very heavy. To do their jobs, they have to have a lot of power, force, and weight. And even though it looks like they're moving slowly, they're moving powerfully. And so sometimes as they move backwards, they may not have a backup alarm, and in a high noise environment, sometimes people never hear it coming. And it's too late when they feel the machine. It's just a terrible type of accident I have. I've seen cases where someone would be behind a piece of heavy equipment, and the operator thought that it was in forward, but it was actually in reverse, and it caused a crush injury around the pelvis area. And so people that get hurt that way have a very difficult time with their recovery. They have a difficult time dealing with those types of injuries. They're always preventable. So if you have a heavy machinery accident, give us a call.
