We see swimming pool action from time to time, and one of the greatest resources for lawyers is Florida International University has a series of swimming pools that are put in meshes or grids so that you can tell the force that happens when somebody goes off a diving board, the slope is too near the diving board, one is improperly marked for depth and people will dive into a shallow area or someone will dive off a diving board maybe after having been away perhaps to college and the throw of the board will throw them into the slope of the pool.
